This webinar will help you gain insight into food and diet which enhance mental health.  It will be delivered by Kate Staunton, proprietor of Zest Natural Health, Armagh, fresh from her highly successful and well-received webinar in December 2020 on managing the menopause in the workplace.  Kate has an advanced diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy, a degree in psychological trauma studies and a diploma in nutritional therapy and will be bringing this knowledge and experience to this webinar.
