Salary: £45,091- £51,356 annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
To support the Head of Performance Growth and Change in leading and delivering strategic business improvement initiatives across NIHE Direct’s Maintenance Services, driving operational efficiency, service excellence and continuous improvement. The post holder will champion innovation, manage change and support the development of a high performing, customer focused maintenance service in line with NIHE Direct’s Business Objectives and NIHE vision and values.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 1. i) Possess a degree level qualification (Level 6) or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a service delivery or operational management role (please include dates)
OR
- ii) Can demonstrate 5 years’ experience in a in a service delivery or operational management role and continued professional development including the attainment of relevant learning qualifications. (Please include dates)
- 2. Can demonstrate significant experience in leading or taking a lead role in the delivery of business improvement and change.
- Can demonstrate significant experience in three of the following areas
- A) The collation, analysis and preparation of key information to inform senior management decisions.
- B) reviewing exiting systems, processes, and work practices to streamline, reduce waste and ensure best practice is established
- C) Engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- D) Monitoring and reporting on performance
- 4. Candidates must possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full.
Desirable Criteria
- 1. Experience of working in a construction or building maintenance environment.
