Salary: £37,280 – £42,839 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
Reporting to the Systems Support Manager in HSCU, the post holder/s will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of a number of strands relating to Housing Services work in the area of Systems Support.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 1. i) Hold a degree level qualification (level 6* or equivalent) in a relevant subject AND have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant** experience
OR
- ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant** experience (Please include dates)

**Relevancy will be determined with due regard to the duties and level of responsibilities set out in the job description for this role.
- 2. Candidates must demonstrate 2 years’ experience in and knowledge of Landlord Housing Policies and Systems
- Candidates must have significant experience in a minimum of 2 of the following 3 areas:
- A) Interpreting data and managing complex information in order to understand and improve performance
- B) Interpreting relevant policy and statutory requirements to make appropriate decisions to meet the needs of customers
- C) Building the skills and confidence in others for them to independently solve problems and identify practical solutions
- 4. Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full
