Settlement of £12,500 for Autistic Man

A person with autism, ADHD and Tourette’s syndrome has received £12,500 in a settlement with the PSNI and Honeycomb Jobs Ltd. He complained that reasonable adjustments had not been made to the group interview stage of the recruitment process. The case was supported by the Equality Commission for NI.
