Job purpose:

The postholder is responsible for providing a professional quantity surveying service, and determining overall costings for a suite of funding schemes across the private housing sector. These schemes are aimed at improving housing standards, improving energy efficiency and reducing fuel poverty and enabling persons with a disability to live as independently as possible and to remain in their home.
