Candidates must meet the following requirements:  

• 1. Have successfully completed an apprenticeship in Plumbing (either time served or skills based) 

• 2. 2 years’ post Apprenticeship Pluming

  • 2. 2 years’ post Apprenticeship Pluming experience* (Please include dates) 

  *Relevant experience will be interpreted as working as a plumber on improvement or maintenance of properties. 

  • 3. Be willing to undertake additional training outside of core trade including Level 2 Multi-skilling or be willing to attain within a specified time frame 
  • 4. Can demonstrate sound practical knowledge and understanding of current Health and Safety requirements and legislation in a maintenance/repair environment. 
  • 5. A full current driving licence to enable the post holder to carry out the required duties of this post. 

   

  Desirable Criteria 

  • 1. Relevant experience in providing a response maintenance service.   
  • 2. A full current driving licence which includes C1 licence category.
