Salary: £37,280 – £42,839 annum.  We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.

To assist the Neighbourhood Planning Manager in ensuring that a Neighbourhood Planning Service is in place to ensure Regional Investment Planners and Area Managers have the necessary infrastructure in place to undertake stock appraisals.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • i) Bachelor Degree or equivalent equivalent Level 6* qualification in a relevant discipline PLUS 2 years relevant experience

OR

  • ii)Candidates must have an HND or equivalent Level 5* qualification in a relevant discipline PLUS 3 years relevant experience.

OR

  • iii)Candidates who do not possess the qualifications above but can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/ experiential learning PLUS a minimum of 4 years in a relevant area of work may also be considered. (Please include dates)

  1. For the purposes of shortlisting, candidates must demonstrate significant experience in all the following areas:
  • A) Programme or project planning.
  • B) The identification, collation and analysis of data to inform strategies, programmes and plans.
  • C) Experience of preparing economic/option appraisals or other decision-making models.
  • D) Experience of working effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • E) Experience of drafting reports, briefs and correspondence for senior management.
  • F) Leading, managing, developing and motivating staff at all levels within a changing environment.
  • 3. Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full.
