Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast
Salary: £45,091 – £51,356 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.
Reporting to the Head of Estates in Housing Services Central Unit, the Estate Services Manager will lead and supervise a number of strands relating to Housing Services in the area of Estate Management.
The essential criteria are detailed in the Candidate Information Pack.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- i) Possess a degree level qualification (level 6*) or equivalent AND have 3 years’ relevant** experience
OR
- ii) Possess a level 5* qualification in Housing AND have a minimum of 3 years relevant** experience
OR
iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or
- experiential learning AND have a minimum of 4 years’ relevant** experience (Please include dates to demonstrate the number of years’ experience required according to your qualification level)

**Relevancy will be determined with due regard to the duties and level of responsibilities set out in the job description for this role.
- Candidates must demonstrate significant experience in 4 of the following 5 areas:
- A) Experience in a representational role, engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, with clear evidence of resolving complex issues through consultation and partnership working
- B) Experience of drafting formal reports and approval papers to agreed timescales and appropriate standards
- C) Experience of managing and monitoring budgets in accordance with policies and procedures

- E) Experience of analysing and interpreting data and managing complex information to improve service provision
- 3. Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full
- D) Strong track record in developing, reviewing, and/or implementing strategies, plans, policies, processes, or procedures within agreed timescales
