Assistant Principal Officer Customer Excellence Unit

Salary: £36,124 – £41,511 annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
Reporting directly to the Customer Excellence Manager, the Assistant Principal Officer will provide detailed operational and functional support in the development and delivery of a number of strands relating to Housing Services in the area of Customer Excellence. Desirable Criteria · 1. Previous experience of leading, supporting and mentoring others · 2. Previous experience of analysing and interpreting data and managing complex information to improve service provision · 3. Hold a recognised professional Housing qualification
