Salary: £26,835 – £31,586 annum.  We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.

To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery by providing a range of scaffolding duties to Housing Executive properties while upholding safety guidelines and complying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Either:

• Hold a valid CISRS scaffolder (blue card) with system scaffold for a minimum of two years. (Please include dates)
• Can demonstrate significant experience in the assembling, erection and dismantling of scaffold within the last 2 years. (Please include dates)
• Ability to handle scaffold boards and steel scaffold poles and climb up and down ladders safely.
• Level 2 Multi-skilling or be willing to attain within a specified time frame.
• Can demonstrate sound practical knowledge and understanding of current Health and Safety requirements and legislation in a maintenance/repair environment.
