Senior Administrative Officer
Ref: 2026-65
Salary: £27,694 – £32,597 annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
To assist the Regional Investment Planning Team in ensuring that regional, area and estate-based investment programmes, plans and strategies are in place to deliver the Asset Management Strategy and 10 Year Investment Plan.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- i) Possess a BTEC National Diploma or equivalent Level 3 qualification(s)*
OR
- ii) Possess five GCSEs at Grade C or above – to include Maths and English or equivalent level qualification(s)* and at least 3 years continuing professional development/experiential learning. (Please include dates)
*Refer to Qualifications Framework
- 2. At least 3 years’ experience working in an administrative or customer support role, providing a high level of customer service (Please include dates)
- For the purposes of shortlisting, applicants must demonstrate significant experience, in at least four of the following competency areas set out below:
- A) The identification, collation and analysis of data to inform strategies, programmes and plans
- B) Experience of drafting reports, briefs and correspondence for senior management
- C) Experience of producing documents or reports using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word
- D) Experience of working as part of a large team with evidence of successful delivery of targets within an evolving environment
- E) Experience in the use of Asset Management or Housing systems
