Senior Procurement Project Manager

Salary: £43,693 – £49,764 annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
The post holder will be responsible for the procurement of supplies, services and works in a timely and efficient manner to meet the requirements of the Housing Executive’s procurement programme, ensuring that the procurement of supplies, services and works complies with public procurement policy and legislation, and best practice procurement, in line with our vision and values. The essential criteria are detailed in the Candidate Information Pack. Candidates must meet the following requirements: · 1. i) Possess Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS qualified) PLUS have at least 3 years’ relevant procurement experience OR
2. Candidates must demonstrate significant relevant experience in all of the following areas:
· B) Working knowledge of the Public Procurement Legislation and Northern Ireland Procurement Policy in relation to public procurement and their application in high value above threshold procurements
3. Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that will permit the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in full. *
