Purpose and Function of Post

• To assist the Duty Manager with the organisation and supervision of all aspects of operational staff duties, and to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety, cleanliness and general customer care are maintained at all times.
• Provide frontline supervision of designated Health, Leisure & Wellbeing facility/facilities including facility users, employees and other groups

In addition to the standard pre-employment checks, this position will also be subject to receipt of a satisfactory Enhanced with the Barred List Access (NI) check.
