Employers for Disability NI is delighted to invite all employers to a free briefing, Positive Action: Recruiting and Supporting People with Learning Disabilities.

This briefing will be delivered by Disability Action on the morning of Friday 7^th December, 2018 (9.45am – 11.30am).  It will incorporate a very brief AGM and is our annual event to mark the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3 December, http://www.un.org/en/events/disabilitiesday/).

The session will focus on positive action in recruitment as well as workplace support and adjustments for employees with learning disabilities; the staff from Disability Action has a wealth of experience to share in this area.  We are pleased to also invite Holly, a Workable participant, to give a personal perspective as an employee with learning disability.
