Salary: £45,091 – £51,356 annum.  We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.

The post-holder will be responsible for leading the Housing Executive delivery of the Onside Evolution Peace Plus Programme in conjunction with programme partners, in line with our vision and values.

The essential criteria are detailed in the Candidate Information Pack.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

·         1.i) Hold a degree level qualification (level 6) or equivalent AND have a minimum of at least 3 years relevant* experience

OR

·         ii) Hold a level 5 qualification in Housing AND have a minimum of at least 3 years relevant* experience

OR

·         iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND have a minimum of at least 5 years relevant* experience

*Relevancy will be determined with due regard to the duties and level of responsibilities set out in the job description for this role

  • 2. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing large scale** projects with funded bodies such as Peace Plus (Please include dates)

**Large scale equates to minimum annual budget of £500k

3. Candidates must have experience in a minimum of 4 of the following 5 areas:

  • A) Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders including clear evidence of an ability to effectively achieve business objectives
  • B) Experience of effectively developing, reviewing and/or implementing associated plans or policies processes and procedures, including drafting formal reports and approval papers to agreed timescales and appropriate standards
  • C) Managing and monitoring budgets in accordance with financial policies and procedures
  • D) Experience of leading, managing, developing and motivating staff to deliver business objective
  • E) Analysing and interpreting data and managing complex information to improve service provision
  • 4. Candidates must possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enable them to meet the requirements of the post in full

Desirable Criteria

  • 1. Have successfully completed the PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner course

Alternatively, if appointed, candidates will be expected to successfully complete a PRINCE2 qualification as soon as is practicable
