To assist the Regional Investment Planning Manager in ensuring that regional, area and estate-based investment programmes, plans and strategies are in place to deliver the Asset Management Strategy and 10 Year Investment Plan.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

·         1. i) Possess a degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification PLUS 2 years’ relevant experience

OR

• ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience

2. For the purpose of shortlisting, candidates must demonstrate significant experience in 3 of the following competency areas:

• A) Programme or project planning
• B) The identification, collation and analysis of data to inform strategies, programmes and plans
• C) Preparing economic/option appraisals or other decision-making models
• D) Drafting reports, briefs and correspondence for senior management
• E) Leading, managing, developing and motivating staff at all levels within a changing environment
