Salary; £25,584 – £26,409 per annum.  We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.

The post holder will report to a designated manager to deliver excellence in customer service via the telephone and/or at the public counter acting as a customer advocate across a comprehensive range of housing services. A core role of CSU Advisors is to accurately diagnose and record repairs for Housing Executive tenants and work in partnership with others to resolve issues.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Possess five GCSEs or equivalent qualification plus at least one year’s customer service experience.

Or

  • Can demonstrate at least 2 years’ customer service experience and can demonstrate ongoing learning through completion of relevant courses and/or through relevant supported work place or on-the-job training. (Please include dates)
  • Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
