Office Manager – Legal Services

Salary: £31,586 – £35,235 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
To be responsible for the effective delivery of administrative activities within the legal services department including ensuring records and reports are prepared and up to date and assisting with financial management and regulatory requirements of Legal Services. To supervise the administration team and to contribute to the provision of secretarial support to the solicitors as required. The essential criteria are detailed in the Candidate Information Pack. Candidates must meet the following requirements: · 1. Degree level qualification (Level 6*) or equivalent AND · Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a general administrative environment OR · Level 5* qualification or equivalent AND · Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a general administrative environment (Please include dates) *Refer to Qualifications Framework 2.
