Office Manager – Legal Services

Salary: £31,586 – £35,235 per annum.  We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.

To be responsible for the effective delivery of administrative activities within the legal services department including ensuring records and reports are prepared and up to date and assisting with financial management and regulatory requirements of Legal Services. To supervise the administration team and to contribute to the provision of secretarial support to the solicitors as required.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

·         1. Degree level qualification (Level 6*) or equivalent

AND

·         Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a general administrative environment

OR

·         Level 5* qualification or equivalent

AND

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a general administrative environment (Please include dates)

2. Can demonstrate relevant experience in all of the areas below:

  • A) the creation and maintenance of electronic documents and records using Microsoft packages (including Word and Excel)
  • B) effective use and updating of electronic information management systems
  • C) collating and analysing information and preparing reports
  • D) dealing with requests for information or enquiries from both internal and/or external parties
